TX Creamery

ART DIRECTION/ CONTENT CREATION/ SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

For TX Creamery, I led full-scope content creation and social media management that included photography, videography, caption writing, and strategic planning, to build a digital presence that felt as premium and indulgent as the product itself, while staying warm, playful, and approachable.

The Problem

TX Creamery needed an online presence that matched the quality of their

product: luxury without feeling stuffy, premium without losing personality.
They wanted their social channels to feel cohesive, elevated, and on-brand, while

still being friendly, engaging, and aligned with their established brand guidelines.

The visuals needed to feel high-end, and the voice needed to feel human.​​

Strategy 

I created and executed a comprehensive content strategy built around clear posting pillars, balancing product storytelling, value-add content, trend-based moments, and community engagement, to give TX Creamery a consistent, recognizable digital voice.

 

From there, I produced and managed all creative assets across platforms, including:

​

  • Original photography and short-form video​

  • Trend-driven Reels and series-based content

  • Strategic caption writing that blended indulgence with approachability

  • Monthly content planning aligned to seasonal moments and brand goals

Impact

This approach helped:

  • Build audience consistency and recognition through a defined voice and visual style

  • Strengthen TX Creamery’s foundation for future paid media and growth campaigns

Results

TX Creamery saw significant organic growth across Instagram and Facebook, all without paid media support:

 

  • Instagram views increased 119% month-over-month

  • Reach grew over 500%, expanding the brand’s visibility to new audiences

  • Follower growth increased 240% in May alone

  • Engagement rose consistently, with interactive and human-centered content driving the strongest performance

  • Profile visits increased 18%, showing deeper audience intent beyond passive viewing

 

By pairing strategic content planning with creative experimentation and ongoing performance analysis, I helped transform TX Creamery’s social presence into a high-impact brand channel that supports long-term growth and premium positioning.
