Trinity Groves

ART DIRECTION/ CONTENT CREATION/ SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

Situated at the western end of the Margaret Hunt Hill bridge,
Trinity Groves overlooks the downtown Dallas skyline, offering a spectacular view throughout the development. Trinity Groves boasts more than a dozen restaurants & dessert shops, attracting families & foodies alike with options for everyone.

The Problem

Trinity Groves, situated on the outskirts of Dallas and separated from the city's main neighborhoods by the Trinity River, faces a significant challenge in terms of visibility and accessibility. Many Dallas residents perceive it as 'out of the way' and often overlook it when selecting dining options, resulting in underutilization of this vibrant culinary destination.

The Solution

We crafted monthly events to bring people out and get them excited about trying all the culinary offerings at Trinity Groves. We advertised these events through combined PR and social media efforts. At one of our most successful events, we drew in a new audience of over 2,000 people to attend “Fair Food Fest” from combined efforts of social media and PR.

My team and I handled the strategic development and implementation of daily social media content for Trinity Groves’ Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts, developing engaging content for more than 135,000 followers across these three social platforms. I developed monthly content calendars with daily posts and stories, and took original photography.

In one year, we increased their Instagram following by 15,800 organically and we had 1,148,711 Reach on Facebook posts.
